  • clear water - 2 l;
  • kitchen salt - 40 g;
  • meat or mince - from 300 to 500 g (at your discretion);
  • butter - 90 g;
  • onion - 90 g;
  • granulated sugar - 5 g;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons.

The preparation of this pasta dish should be carried out in the following sequence:

  1. Light 2 burners. On one should put a pan with water and salt (on pasta), and on the second - a frying pan.
  2. Pour the vegetable oil into the pan.
  3. Crush the onion and pour it on a preheated pan. Many recommend putting onions after the stuffing. And in vain. After all, it will remain damp and break the consistency of the dish.
  4. Fry the onions to change its shade to a slightly golden, not overdosing.Consider to avoid burning, continuously stir the onion with a spoon.
  5. Pour into a mince pan. Meat product must be fresh or thawed. In no case does not use frozen stuffing.
  6. Salt the mince and reduce the heat, bring it to readiness on an average flame, stirring occasionally.
  7. At the same time, pour the pasta into the boiling water in the saucepan and cook them.
  8. When the minced meat is ready, pour the previously washed pasta into it and fry everything for a few minutes over medium heat. Willingness should be assessed as the pasta.

This is a traditional recipe for pasta with minced meat, which every housewife can easily cook in her kitchen! But modern culinary specialists have gone a little further, departing from the standards.

  1. Minced meat with cheese and garlic in sour cream sauce. This is a fairly simple recipe for pasta dishes. First, put the minced meat in the pan and fry it until half cooked. Then add a pair of cloves of crushed (not chopped) garlic and cover with a lid for a couple of minutes. After that, add 2-3 tbsp.spoons of sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Leave it to languish for another couple of minutes. Then, it's time to add the pasta.
  2. Stuffing in Italian. Spread the minced meat on the preheated pan and begin to roast. In the middle of the readiness, add a little fresh bell pepper, tomato and greens with onions. Cook the mixture for 4-5 minutes and add the pasta.
  3. Pasta in a naval style for vegetarians with eggplants. This dish is roasting in the oven. Put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, sliced ​​eggplant rings with tomatoes, carrots and bell peppers. When the vegetables are almost ready, remove them and pour the pasta right on top of them. From above you can put thin rings of tomatoes sprinkled with greens. Just a couple of minutes in the oven and dinner is ready!
