  • 450-500 gr. minced meat;
  • ¼ cup rice;
  • 2 medium sized bulbs;
  • 2 tbsp. l flour;
  • 2-3 art. l vegetable oil;
  • salt to taste;
  • some black ground pepper.

Mixed minced meatAt the very beginning of the cooking process of meat bits, you need to boil rice in salted water. While it will cool, chop the onion. Then all the ingredients (except flour) must be mixed with minced meat. From the mixture obtained form balls. We roll each in flour and place on a greased baking sheet. When all the meatballs are laid out, you can pour a little water on the bottom of the pan and send it to the oven.

Meat balls with rice will be ready in about 30-50 minutes. In the process of baking them in the oven, if necessary, you can add water. In chicken mince add eggs, semolina. Salt and pepper the mixture, knead well. Then add rice porridge and mix everything thoroughly again. We remove the container with the meat mass in the refrigerator and get down to cooking gravy.

SauceOnions and carrots wash and clean.Then cut the onion into half rings, and rub the carrots on a large grater. Next, fry these vegetables in a pan in vegetable oil. When the onions and carrots have a golden hue, pour the mixture of water and ketchup into the pan. Gradually stirring the vegetables, add sugar and wait until everything boils.   • black pepper - to taste;
  • 2-3 art. l vegetable oil.

In the finished minced fish, add chopped finely onions, finely grated carrots, eggs, pre-boiled rice. Salt it all, knead well the mixture. The following is the process of cooking refueling.

The sauce is made from onions and carrots, fried in vegetable oil until golden brown. Next, this vegetable mixture is stewed on low heat in tomato juice with the addition of salt and seasonings.

While the dressing is being prepared, it is possible to start making fishmeat meatballs.
